3. Choose a Company Name
If you wish to proceed with the registration of new business in the DMCC Free Zone, just simply fill up the Application Form and forward it to us together with the required documents stated below.
Proof of residential address (e.g. utility bill copy)
Summary of business plan (if applicable)
No Objection Certificate from sponsor, if holding a valid UAE visa
Certain business activities have additional requirements (e.g. third party approvals from regulating authorities)
If applying as a branch or a subsidiary, copies of the parent company documents to be notarized and attested. In this case details of a registered address in the DMCC Zone should also be provided such as office space or flexi desk at one of the DMCC Business Centers.
